Alessandra Vittoria Pegrassi
Hungry from the very cradle—quite literally—she entered the world brandishing a delicate silver fork rather than a rattle. By the age of ten, she was devouring fine dining guides as other children devoured comic books. Destiny led her to fashion runways abroad, where she glided with innate grace, yet her true stage remained the olfactory-gustatory realm.
In 1999, she founded Artessenza Srl, a cult Milanese boutique dedicated to artisanal fragrance: rare bouquets, olfactory treasure chests, and limited-edition sensory epiphanies. Alongside this, she wrote. She wrote of all that she touched, inhaled, tasted, and dreamed.
A passionate journalist, she collaborates with prestigious industry publications, weaving refined dissertations on precious liquid 'jus' with meticulous gastronomic chronicles, forever poised between irony and elegance. And when she takes her place at the table, she does so as one stepping into the spotlight: with consummate style.
